Event Rental Cost Structure

⚠️ BLACKOUT PERIOD NOTICE Bullhide Brewery observes a blackout period from Memorial Day weekend through the last weekend of Rodeo Season. No Saturday bookings are accepted during this period. Please contact us to confirm availability before submitting an inquiry for dates within this window.

Indoor Rentals

Semi-Private Events

Rate: $100/hour

Available: Sunday – Saturday (excluding blackout periods)

Fully Private Events

Rate: $250/hour

Available: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday only

ℹ️ Fully private indoor events are not currently available Thursday through Sunday.

Outdoor Patio Buyout

Rate: $500/hour

Minimum Booking: 4 hours ($2,000 minimum)

Mandatory Drink Package: $500 minimum

Available: Subject to blackout period restrictions

Coordination Fee

A $25/hour coordination fee applies to all rental bookings, regardless of event type or day.
