Cowtown Common

A truly unique American beer style. It uses a lager yeast, but is fermented at ale temperatures creating a beer with its own character. Amber in color with malt forward aroma and taste the beer is medium bodied and finishes with a bit bitterness. We use Northern Brewer hops which lend a slight herbal, minty finish. 4.7% ABV
