West Coast IPA

This is an assertive hop forward beer. It has a more amber or orange color because of the sparing use of malts that are a little darker. We use a lot of malt to help balance the aggressive hopping, but the hops still win the flavor and aroma title. We dry hop with Mosaic, Chinook, and Crystal hops creating a distinct grapefruit, tropical, and a hint of berry character in the aroma. The beer will finish crisp and dry. 6.3% ABV
